Apple Crisp

Recipes »  Desserts  »  Fruit Crisps

This apple crisp is a favorite in our household and I'm sure once you try it you will agree. Oh, and don't forget the vanilla ice cream or whipped topping!

"I doubled the ingredients to use a 9x13 baking dish and make this more moist (except I only increased the apples from 6 to 9). It was the first time I made it - delicious and decadent - my husband loved it! I used granny smith apples to contrast the sweet with some tartness - yummy. (Next time I plan to not double the butter and substitute for 1/2 cup buttermilk). I will keep making this recipe!" - L-rod
