Chipotle-marinated Pork Tenderloin
Original recipe makes 4
| 1 small canchipotle chile in adobo sauce |
| 1 cloveGarlic; minced |
| 1/2 cupOrange juice |
| 3 tblspoonsLime juice |
| 1 tablespoonRed wine vinegar |
| 1 teaspoonDry oregano |
| 1/2 teaspoonCumin |
| 1/4 teaspoonSalt |
| 1/4 teaspoonPepper |
| 2 12-ozPork tenderloin |
Chipotle-marinated Pork Tenderloin Preparation
Combine all ingredients (except Pork tenderloin) in food processor. Marinate Pork tenderloin 1 to 5 hours (use resealable plastic bag). Recipe will make enough to marinate two tenderloins. (Freeze one).
Barbeque 12 - 15 minutes over high heat
