This is a BBQ sauce I whipped up and I think it's pretty good.

| 2 cBrown Sugar; dark |
| 2 cCider Vinegar |
| 1 cMolasses; unsulfured |
| 6 clovesGarlic; minced |
| 4 tbspButter |
| 2 tbspWorcestershire sauce |
| 3 tbspLiquid Smoke; hickory |
| 2 tspPaprika |
| 2 tspSalt |
| 2 tspBlack Pepper; coarse ground |
| 1 tspGarlic Powder; granulated |
| 1 tspOnion Powder; granulated |
| 1 tspCelery Seed |
| 1 tspCayenne Pepper |
| 1 tspChili Powder; spicy |
| 1 teaspoondry mustard |
| 1/2 tspCinnamon; ground |
| 1/2 tspHabanero Powder; CBH |
R/T's BBQ Sauce Preparation
Cook minced onions in butter till soft and translucent.
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and reduce to desired thickness. That's it.
I put it in a bottle that I keep in the fridge until I'm ready to do some grillin.
