This is good any time of year, round or good chuck steak can be used.
Mix pepper and salt into the flour to season. Beat the flour/pepper mix into serving size pieces of beef. Brown meat, onion, and garlic over medium heat in a large pot with the oil, (brown well). Add tomatoes, onion soup, Worcestershire sauce, and spices. Simmer 1 hr. Add veggies and cook until everything is tender.
