Ingredients
Easy Mexican Chicken Casserole Preparation
Boil chicken until tender. Remove from bones & cover the bottom of a 9 X 13 baking pan. Crumble Doritos in the bag. Spread 1/2 over the chicken. Mix soup & Rotel together in a bowl. Spread this over Doritos. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese over the soup mixture. Cover with remaining Doritos. Spinkle remaining cheese on top. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes, until done.

I wasn't very crazy about this recipe.. it was very easy to make but wasn't what I thought :( The Doritos were soggy/stale tasting once it was done cooking.
