If you live in Seattle then no doubt you have been here and tasted this Chile. This is an "all meat" chile. This chile won 25,000 dollars in a chile cookout, there are several versions of this recipe so I hunted down the newpaper that ran the article about the creator of this recipe and the chile cookoff they had where this recipe won and found the correct recipe. Here it is! It is very good, taste a little like chile colorado

| 3 poundstop round; cubed (cut into about 1/2-inch cubes) |
| 2 medium-sizedonions; grated. |
| 2 clovesgarlic; minced. |
| 2 canschicken broth. |
| 1 cantomato sauce. |
| 7 tablespoonschili powder. |
| 2 tablespoonsground cumin. |
| 1 cupwater; (only if necessary). |
Tarantula Jacks World Championship Chile Preparation
1. Saute the beef in a large skillet. Put into a large pot and simmer, covered, with the onions, garlic and broth for 1 1/2 hours.
2. Add the tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin. Stir; simmer for another hour. Add water if needed. Stir occasionally.
You can add beans if you like to make it standard, but I served it over Chipotle's Lime and cilantro rice
