Ahi Tuna Tacos with Avocado Salsa (Boom)

|1 teaspoonground cumin|
|0.25 teaspooncayenne pepper|
|0.5 tablespoonfreshly ground black pepper|
|0.5 teaspoonground coriander|
|12 ouncesahi tuna, cut into 1-inch-thick steaks|
|0.5 tablespoonolive oil|
|8 taco shells; corn tortillas, or flour tortillas|
|2 limes; halved|
|1 Avocado Salsa; recipe follows|
|2 ripe avocados, diced into 1/4-nch cubes|
|2 mediumtomatoes, diced into 1/4-inch cubes|
|1 cuplightly packed fresh cilantro leaves; coarsely chopped|
|0.25 cupdiced red onion|
|3 tablespoonsfreshly squeezed lemon juice|
|0.25 teaspoonBlack Pepper; freshly ground|
Ahi Tuna Tacos with Avocado Salsa (Boom) Preparation
Combine all ingredients without mashing avocado.
In a small bowl, combine cumin, cayenne, salt, pepper, and coriander. Rub spice mixture generously on both sides of the tuna.
Heat a nonstick pan on the stove over high heat. When pan is smoking hot, add olive oil, wait 10 seconds, then add tuna. Sear for 1 minute per side, or until fish is cooked on the outside, but rare on the inside. Transfer to a plate.
Dice tuna into 1/4-inch cubes.
Spoon tuna over salsa into tortillas and squeeze a spritz of lime juice overtop.
