1/4 cupUnsweetened apple juice
3 tbsRice vinegar
2 tbsChunky peanut butter
1 tbsLow-sodium soy sauce
2 clovesGarlic
1 teaspoonFresh ginger
1 tbsFresh Basil; chopped
1/2 teaspoonBrown sugar
1/4 teaspoonRed pepper flakes

Chile Peanut Sauce Preparation

In a blender or food processor, combine the ingredients and blend until smooth. Adjust the seasonings and serve.
