3 tbs Rice vinegar
2 tbs Chunky peanut butter
1 tbs Low-sodium soy sauce
2 cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon Fresh ginger
1 tbs Fresh Basil; chopped
1/2 teaspoon Brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Preparation

In a blender or food processor, combine the ingredients and blend until smooth. Adjust the seasonings and serve.
