| 2 teaspoonsLow-sodium soy sauce |

| 1/2 teaspoonFresh ginger; minced |
| 1 cupRice vinegar |
| 1 teaspoonBrown sugar |
| 1 teaspoonAsian sesame oil |
| 2 Scallions; thinly sliced |
| 1 teaspoonCilantro; chopped |
| 1/2 teaspoonRed pepper flakes |
Chinese Ginger Dressing Preparation
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk to mix.
Serve at once or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
Whisk before serving.
