Chinese Ginger Dressing

Use over simple green salads to roasted or grilled vegetables. It also makes a great marinade.

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Low-sodium soy sauce
2 cloves Garlic; minced
1/2 teaspoon Fresh ginger; minced
1 cup Rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
2 Scallions; thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Cilantro; chopped
1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Original recipe makes 1.25

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk to mix.

Serve at once or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Whisk before serving.
