Cook chicken in skillet over medium high heat until chicken is cooked through; set aside. Turn heat down to medium and add tomato paste and heavy cream to skillet and bring to a simmer; about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic, ginger and spices and continue to simmer for five more minutes. Then add chicken back in and cook just to reheat chicken and coat it in the sauce. Serve over Basmati rice.

Azawadski 8 months agoMade this for dinner tonight and it was AMAZING!! I couldn't find fenugreek, so I took the advice from the reviews and used mustard seed in place. It was so easy to make. This will be made often!
patricia_merritt_31 8 months agoThis recipe is the best butter chicken I have ever tasted! You can adjust the heat for a milder flavour by halving the cayenne pepper found this the best option when having guests or for children.
BillRossman 1 year agoThis was a great meal and was easy to make. I had to use an option for the Fenugreek (couldn't find it at the store :-(

pineapplebutter 3 years agoAmazing! Tastes just like my favorite restaurant! I had no Fenugreek, so I just used the same measurement of yellow mustard seed. Delish!
