Ingredients

Original recipe makes 6
1 cupOil
1 cupSugar
4 Eggs
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2 teaspoonalmond extract
2 teaspoonsbaking powder
3 3/4 cupsall purpose flour
1 cupPecans; chopped

Mandelbrot Preparation

Mix all ingredients well make 4 rolls about 2x12 inches. Place 2 to a cookie sheet and Bake 350 for 30 mins.

Cut into one inch strips and lay cookies flat side down to cool.

I have tried these using splenda instead of sugar and the are a bit crumbly but still good. Enjoy! [I posted this recipe.]
