Greek Grape Leaf and Mint Sauce

Original recipe makes 6
| 1/3 cupGrape leaves; bottled, stems removed |
| 3 tbspFresh mint; chopped (or 2 tbsp dried) |
| 1 tbspFresh oregano; chopped (or 2 tsp dried) |
| 2 teaspoonsGarlic; minced |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
| 1 cupFresh parsley; chopped |
| 1/4 cupLemon juice; fresh |
| 2 tbsCapers; chopped |
| 1 tbsBlack Pepper; freshly ground |
| 1/4 cupGreen onion; chopped, white and green parts |
| 1 1/2 cupolive oil |
Greek Grape Leaf and Mint Sauce Preparation
Blend or process all the ingredients in a blender or food
processor. The sauce will keep refrigerated in a closed jar for 1 to 2
weeks.
Serve with the Barba lamb.

Also goes nicely with grilled pork.
