Original recipe makes 6
1/3 cupGrape leaves; bottled, stems removed
3 tbspFresh mint; chopped (or 2 tbsp dried)
1 tbspFresh oregano; chopped (or 2 tsp dried)
2 teaspoonsGarlic; minced
1 teaspoonSalt
1 cupFresh parsley; chopped
1/4 cupLemon juice; fresh
2 tbsCapers; chopped
1 tbsBlack Pepper; freshly ground
1/4 cupGreen onion; chopped, white and green parts
1 1/2 cupolive oil

Greek Grape Leaf and Mint Sauce Preparation

Blend or process all the ingredients in a blender or food

processor. The sauce will keep refrigerated in a closed jar for 1 to 2

weeks.

Serve with the Barba lamb.

Notes

Also goes nicely with grilled pork.
