Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1/3 cup Grape leaves; bottled, stems removed
3 tbsp Fresh mint; chopped (or 2 tbsp dried)
1 tbsp Fresh oregano; chopped (or 2 tsp dried)
2 teaspoons Garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Fresh parsley; chopped
1/4 cup Lemon juice; fresh
2 tbs Capers; chopped
1 tbs Black Pepper; freshly ground
1/4 cup Green onion; chopped, white and green parts
1 1/2 cup olive oil

Original recipe makes 6

Servings  

Preparation

Blend or process all the ingredients in a blender or food

processor. The sauce will keep refrigerated in a closed jar for 1 to 2

weeks.

Serve with the Barba lamb.

Notes

Also goes nicely with grilled pork.
