Suggest a better description1. Soften onion and garlic. Add the mince and brown. Add chilli powder to taste. Add pepper, chilli and tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Layer up an oven-proof dish, first with half the tortilla?s, then the mince and repeat this once more. Cover with a lid and place in a 200oC oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
3. Remove cover, pour soured cream over the mince, cover with a generous topping of cheese and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes until the top is golden, and then serve!
Serve with garlic bread, salad or jacket potatoes and enjoy!
