I love this recipe. Low-fat cookie that tastes delicious!

"These came out awesome. I think I would've boiled the sugar and cocoa on a med. heat rather than a High heat, so that it would dissolve the sugar. It was a little gritty but over all very tasty. 0.5 cupmilk
0.25 cupButter
0.25 cupcocoa
3 cupsRolled Oats
2 tspvanilla
coconut; Optional: 1/2 cup

Boiled Cookies (Globbies) Preparation

Mix sugar, milk, butter and cocoa in saucepan and boil for 1 1/2 minutes (start timing as soon as mixture begins to bubble.) Remove from heat. Add vanilla and rolled oats. Drop by spoonful on waxed paper. Cool
