Boiled Cookies (Globbies)

Boiled Cookies (Globbies)

Ready in 10 minutes

I love this recipe. Low-fat cookie that tastes delicious!

"These came out awesome. I think I would've boiled the sugar and cocoa on a med. heat rather than a High heat, so that it would dissolve the sugar. It was a little gritty but over all very tasty. I think next time I may add walnuts or pecans. The coconut added a great texture to this."

Excellent recipe! This is definitely a recipe that I'm adding to my list of favs. I did add a little oatmeal though (1/2 cup)

I followed the directions exactly, even timed my boil, but they didn't turn out.
