BLACKBERRY COBBLER
Easy, old-fashioned Southern cobbler recipe. Don't wash fresh berries until you're ready to use as they are most delicate. This recipe uses either fresh or frozen berries.
"Great starting point for my first cobbler! I made it my own by adding 1/2 cup more berries, only using 2/3 cups of sugar, adding 2 tbsp of brown sugar and a little fresh lemon juice. I used less butter for the dough, 3 tbsp. I also made a crunching topping with oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmug, butter. " - bridgetfmYield: 6 Ready in 2 hours
