| 3/4 cupCanola Oil |
| 1/4 cupLaChoy Soy Sauce |
| 2 tablespoonsRed wine vinegar |
| 2 tablespoonsHoney |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonsGinger powder |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonsGarlic powder or fresh |
| 3 eachSpring Onions; chopped |
| 1 largeFlank Steak; thawed |
Ml's Flank Steak Preparation
Wisk all of the above together
Marinate overnight
Grill steak as desired approx. 3-4 minutes/side
Notes
*** This is enough marinade for 1 Flank steak. ML usually doubles these quantities and does two steaks at once.
