Original recipe makes 8
1 red onion; chopped
4 stalkscelery; chopped
1 Green bell pepper; chopped
2 clovesGarlic; minced
1 bagfrozen sweet corn
1 canchopped tomatoes w/ green chiles
1 cantomato paste
1 lbshrimp; peeled
1 lbclaw crabmeat
1 tbspWorcestershire
Salt and pepper; to taste
2 cupsreduced fat chicken broth
2 cupswater
1 bunchGreen onions; thinly sliced

Corn, Shrimp and Crabmeat Soup Preparation

Coat a large pot with non stick cooking spray and sauté` onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic until tender. Add corn, tomatoes with green chilies, tomato paste, shrimp, crabmeat and seasonings. Mix everything together. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 1 hour, adding water as needed to keep the consistency soupy. Add green onions and simmer for 15 more minutes.
