| 4 stalkscelery; chopped |
| 1 Green bell pepper; chopped |
| 2 clovesGarlic; minced |
| 1 bagfrozen sweet corn |
| 1 canchopped tomatoes w/ green chiles |
| 1 cantomato paste |
| 1 lbshrimp; peeled |
| 1 lbclaw crabmeat |
| 1 tbspWorcestershire |
| Salt and pepper; to taste |
| 2 cupsreduced fat chicken broth |
| 2 cupswater |
| 1 bunchGreen onions; thinly sliced |
Corn, Shrimp and Crabmeat Soup Preparation
Coat a large pot with non stick cooking spray and sauté` onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic until tender. Add corn, tomatoes with green chilies, tomato paste, shrimp, crabmeat and seasonings. Mix everything together. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 1 hour, adding water as needed to keep the consistency soupy. Add green onions and simmer for 15 more minutes.
