Great marinade recipe
"I have to admit when I first saw the title of this marinade I was very hesitant and thought wow this person is very cocky. That all changed when I made this for the first time for myself and my partner and all I can say is WOW! This is truly the best marinade I have ever come across. It is so bold and full of flavor. I made this for my parents and their friends for the first time last week and their words exactly, "This is the best steak I have ever had in my life!!"... Truly amazing. A definite must try. This has become a permanent fixture in my menu.... Kudos.. "- SnowBengal

stevemur 6 months agoReally delicious. The heavy doses of Worcestershire Sauce and lemon add a tang very different from typical red wine / red wine vinegar based steak marinades. I cannot yet guarantee the title is accurate, but my daughter and I definitely loved this marinade. Remember to bring the steak to room temperature before putting it on the grill, and let it rest for 5 minutes after cooking -- your patience will be rewarded. Added to Favorites.

dcwinton 10 months agoAmazing. For those who thought it was only okay, remember that a great marinade won't make a bad steak good. I have used this with grass fed rib eyes and NY strips and they come out absolutely amazing. Also tried with low grade sirloins that I normally use only for teriyaki and curry with the hope of rehabilitating them, but no go.

mogriff1 11 month agoThis was just ok for me. It looked and smelled better than it taste (which was kinda bland). I even had to add a little salt to my filets. I marinated the filets for 8 hours. Not bad, just average for me.
Jcrowell60 12 months agoI used this marinade last night for a couple of New York strip steaks. I used the recipe exactly as written. I marinated the steaks for 6 hours and cooked them on a gas grill. They were amazing! Thank you for the recipe!
