Good taste, great presentation, but needs to bake a little longer than recommend. I think cheese would make this dish better.

This was a quick and tasty dish. Had great comments on it. The only thing was the potatoes needed to cook longer. I covered them loosely with foil in the beginning then removed the foil the last 30 mins. Will be made a lot in my house.

Very good garlic flavored potatoes. Be sure to salt-and-pepper during baking so it will stick. I had to turn the heat to 450 to get them to brown.

Good flavor! I was a little stingy with the oil and butter so they didn't really come out as crunchy as I would have liked. Otherwise they were great !

I am not the cook my wife is and I tried this on my own to surprise her. It was simple except for the garlic slicing and it turned out great! We both enjoyed it. She suggested adding some rosemary and cheese next time.

These weren't cooked enough for my families liking in the time allotted had to finish cooking in the microwave. Tasted okay.
