theseehawks ,Excellent. I chopped the garlic and mixed it with the olive oil. Then I added tarragon and drizzled it over the potatoes. Last I dusted it with Parmesan Cheese. Serve with ham, brown and serve rolls and brandied cranberries. Yum.12y
shay822 ,.. The first time I made this it was way 2 much garlic.. The second time I used garlic powder and melted butter and just filled it in-between the cracks.. It was way better..12y
robin126 ,Cooked 1 hour at 425, used half the butter an oil. Used other half of butter and oil, half way thru cooking. Added sharp cheddar to my husbands and, sour cream to mine right before serving.12y
waxdaski ,Very delicious! I melted some cheese on top at the very end! Wonderful, fun, fast, and easy!13y
mrsswill ,A different take on the traditional baked potatoe. I only made two potatoes so I used 2 tbsp of butter instead of what was called for. They seemed a little dry about half way through, so i drizzled 1tbsp extra butter at that time. Worked like a charm!13y
thewood0304 ,Really easy, super tasty! The only change that I would make is to soak the sliced potatoes in water for about 30 min before cooking to remove the starchy-ness.13y
dwskeels ,I will cut back a bit on the garlic and bake longer for extra crispness. I grated some Pecorino Romano over the tops just before serving.13y
