Original recipe makes 8
1 bagpotatoes
onions; (half the amount of potatoes)
3 sticks ofButter
2 spoonsgarlic; diced, (fresh/from jar)
Red Pepper, Garlic Salt, Sea Salt, Cayenne pepper; all to taste

Dinner Hash Browns Preparation

Peel and chop potatoes, boil them until softened. Chop onion and put into large skillet/pan. Drain potatoes let cool a bit. Add garlic to onions, and set to medium-low. Add garlic salt, red pepper. Stir onions and spices together. Then add Potatoes, sea salt. Stir all together, and add cayenne pepper. Cover, and turn up to medium. Let the bottom brown a bit and then flip them around. Repeat flipping and browning until they are at preferred crisp/cooked.
