Ingredients

Are you making this? 
2 tablespoons of Butter
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts; (up to 4)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 10.75-oz can Chicken Broth
1 cup Mushrooms; Sliced, (Fresh or Canned)
1 cup Spinach; (Fresh) or 3 Tablespoons canned
1 cup Egg Noodles; (up to 2 cups)
Salt and Pepper; to taste

Servings  

Preparation

Slice Chicken into thin strips or bite size pieces. Season with Salt and Pepper.

In a large saucepan add butter and bring to medium heat. Add chicken and cook lightly until browned.

Add mushrooms and spinach.

Add Cream of Mushroom soup and Chicken Broth.

Salt and Pepper to taste.

Stir and combine well. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Prepare egg noodles as directed on Package.

Very tasty and easy meal to prepare, plus it didn't take long!

This was tasty and inexpensive. I added red onions like the recipe creator suggested. Served over roasted potatoes to use up leftovers.

I like to keep any left over sauce and use it as gravy for mashed potatoes. You can also add fresh and finely minced red onions to the beginning for some added flavor. [I posted this recipe.]
