Corned Beef and Cabbage Egg Rolls/Wontons Preparation

I don''t have exact measurements because it''s mostly equal parts of the corned beef, potato, cabbage and cheese. Par boil the potatoes (any kind)and diced them in smallish bits. In a saute pan, toss all for the ingredients together, EXCEPT for the cheese. Let it all cook together for roughly 10 minutes. Then let cool for 5 minutes and mix in the cheese. Stuff everything into won ton wrappers or egg roll wrappers. Deep fry to a golden brown and dip into 1000 island dressing.
