Tuna noodle casserole with several twists
Saute garlics in 1 tbsb extra virgin olive oil till light golden. add artichokes, green onions, balsamic vinegar and rice wine vinegar and chicken stock or water. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes uncovered. Add drained tuna and stir to combine. Try not to break up the tuna too much. Add parsley and black olives and simmer for another 5 minutes. Toss with spaghetti and add frozen spinach. Stir in Alfredo Sauce. Place in a 3" high 10" spring form pan, top with grated Asiago cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake on a baking sheet for 30 to 40 minutes at 250?.
