| 2 tablespoonsHerb and Garlic Chevere; (up to 3), (Spreadabable) |
| 2 tablespoonsSour Cream |
| 1 teaspoonAdobo |
| Fresh Black Pepper; to taste |
Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes Preparation
Boil diced potatoes and add kosher salt to the water; boil until fork tender.
Drain and add butter,adobo,and pepper. Mash Well.
Add Chevere and sour cream combine well add pepper to taste.
