Original recipe makes 4
| 1 containerPlain Yogurt |
| 1/2 Lemon; juiced |
| Fresh Ground Pepper; (to taste) |
| 3 tablespoonsCapers |
| 1/4 Red Onion; Chopped |
Low Fat Tartar Sauce Preparation
Combine all ingredients well and let chill for 15 minutes in fridge.
You can also use Mayo if you like instead of the yogurt.
