It says Low Fat but it taste great especially if you use it as a topping for a fish sandwich. Yummy!

Original recipe makes 4
1 containerPlain Yogurt
1/2 Lemon; juiced
Fresh Ground Pepper; (to taste)
3 tablespoonsCapers
1/4 Red Onion; Chopped

Low Fat Tartar Sauce Preparation

Combine all ingredients well and let chill for 15 minutes in fridge.

You can also use Mayo if you like instead of the yogurt.
