Ingredients
vanilla cup cakes Preparation
preheat oven 320f (160c). line cupcake pan with patty pans.
in a medium bowl lightly beat eggs, add butter and sugar, then mix till little and fluffy. add milk, flour and vanilla and stir to combine. beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes, until light and creamy. divide among patty pans and bake for 18-20 minutes until risen and firm to touch. allow to cool for a few minutes then transfer to wire rack. allow to cool completely before icing.

meanwhile combine ingredients with a wooden spoon until well combined and beat until light and fluffy. decorate cakes.
