Broccoli Cashew Salad

Original recipe makes 4
| 1 bunchbroccoli; chopped (tops and tender stalk) |
| 1 cupgrated cheddar cheese |
| 1 cupraisins |
| 1 cupcashews; (1 cup only) |
| 3/4 cupMayonnaise |
| 1/4 cuprice vinegar |
| 1/4 cupsugar |
| salt and pepper; to taste |
Broccoli Cashew Salad Preparation
Prepare broccoli. Add to medium sized bowl along with cheese, raisins, cashews and onion. Separately prepare dressing: add mayo, rice vinegar and sugar. Pour dressing over salad when ready to eat. Salt and pepper to taste.
