1 12-oz canflaky buttermilk biscuits
Filling:
6 slicesbacon; cooked, drained and crumbled (or prepared bacon pieces)
1 mediumtomato; seeded and chopped (drain on paper towel to reduce excess moistu
3 ouncesmozzarella cheese; shredded
1/2 cupHellmann''s mayo
1 teaspoonItalian seasoning
3/4 teaspoonGarlic salt

Bacon Tomato Tartlets Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Split each biscuit into 3 pieces. Press dough into geased mini-muffin tins. For filling, mix together bacon, tomato, cheese, mayo and seasonings; stir well. Fill each biscuit cup, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Can make filling ahead and chill until ready to bake.

Very good but too salty for my taste and I only used a half tsp of garlic salt. Next time I think i would use crushed garlic and no salt. Between the bacon, mayo and biscuits there is already enough. Thanks for a nice recipe.
