Ingredients
| 1/4 cupSoy sauce |
| 3 tablespoonsteriyaki sauce |
| 3 tablespoonsred or rice wine vinegar |
| 1 tablespoonAsian garlic-chili sauce |
| 1 tablespoonfresh ginger; minced |
| 2 green onions; chopped |
| 1 1/2 poundsflank steak |
Grilled Asian Flank Steak Preparation
Combine all ingredients as a marinade in a large zip lock bag. Add steak and chill at least 4 hours, turning regularly if able. Grill steak over medium-high heat, covered, for 5-7 minutes per side or as desired. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing diagonally across the grain.
