1/4 cupSoy sauce
3 tablespoonsteriyaki sauce
3 tablespoonsred or rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoonAsian garlic-chili sauce
1 tablespoonfresh ginger; minced
2 green onions; chopped
1 1/2 poundsflank steak

Grilled Asian Flank Steak Preparation

Combine all ingredients as a marinade in a large zip lock bag. Add steak and chill at least 4 hours, turning regularly if able. Grill steak over medium-high heat, covered, for 5-7 minutes per side or as desired. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing diagonally across the grain.
