| 1 White Onion; chopped |
| 4 clovesgarlic; minced |
| 1 tbsolive oil |
| 6 cupsVegetable stock |
| 12 Green Chilies; Roasted, Peeled Chopped |
| 2 tbsFlour or Cornstarch |
| 1 teaspoonSalt |
| 2 teaspoonsBlack Pepper; freshly ground |
Vegetarian Green Chili Recipe Preparation
1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil then add chilies to stock.
2. Stir in salt and pepper.
3. Dissolve flour in hot water and add to mixture and add to mixture stirring to prevent lumps.
4. Simmer for 45 minutes.
