This is copycat version. Very good flavors from all the spices.

"This was excellent'e, i used it for turkey meat, dieting this week, anyhow i did make a few changes but just because i like a lil more spice, i used 2 more table spoons of chile powder, so i used 2 of one kind and 2 of another kind, and i added 2tbsps salt, and i added 1 more tbsp of dried onion flakes, my whole house smells wonderful, thanks so much for the recipe, keep um coming, this deserves a medal guitarmom,,,," - CCheryl

Original recipe makes 1
2 tablespoonsFlour
2 teaspoonsChili Powder
1 1/2 teaspoonsDried minced onion
1 1/4 teaspoonsSalt
1 teaspoonPaprika
3/4 teaspoonbeef bullion cube; crushed
1/4 teaspoonsugar
1/4 teaspoonCayenne Pepper
1/4 teaspoonGarlic powder
1 dashonion powder

Taco Bell Seasoning Mix Preparation

Combine all in small bowl. Prepare taco meat using 1 pound of ground beef and the equivilant of one package of taco seasoning mix.

Use 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water or chicken broth and simmer cook meat for 15 minutes.

    Could you please update the recipe to state how much of your mixture to use? Saying the equivalent of one package of taco seasoning mix doesn't really help much, I'm afraid. And since I don't have any packages of mix I can't measure it to find out. Thanks!
