Original recipe makes 4
2 clovesgarlic; chopped
6 TablespoonsExtra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 teaspoonssun-dried tomatoes; chopped
1/2 cupmushrooms; sauteed
12 artichoke hearts; (1 large jar, drained) quarters
12 kalamata olives; pitted
2 chicken breast grilled; sliced
3 ozPenne pasta; (up to 4 ounces), cooked, drained, set aside
Salt; to taste
pepper; to taste
1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese; for serving

Carrabba's Italian Grill Penne Franco Preparation

Saute garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute.

Add sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives chicken and cooked penne pasta.

Saute to heat through. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with freshly grated cheese.
