|6 TablespoonsExtra-Virgin Olive Oil|
|2 teaspoonssun-dried tomatoes; chopped|
|1/2 cupmushrooms; sauteed|
|12 artichoke hearts; (1 large jar, drained) quarters|
|12 kalamata olives; pitted|
|2 chicken breast grilled; sliced|
|3 ozPenne pasta; (up to 4 ounces), cooked, drained, set aside|
|Salt; to taste|
|pepper; to taste|
|1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese; for serving|
Carrabba's Italian Grill Penne Franco Preparation
Saute garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute.
Add sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives chicken and cooked penne pasta.
Saute to heat through. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with freshly grated cheese.
