| 2 clovesgarlic; chopped |
| 6 TablespoonsExtra-Virgin Olive Oil |
| 2 teaspoonssun-dried tomatoes; chopped |
| 1/2 cupmushrooms; sauteed |
| 12 artichoke hearts; (1 large jar, drained) quarters |
| 12 kalamata olives; pitted |
| 2 chicken breast grilled; sliced |
| 3 ozPenne pasta; (up to 4 ounces), cooked, drained, set aside |
| Salt; to taste |
| pepper; to taste |
| 1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese; for serving |
Carrabba's Italian Grill Penne Franco Preparation
Saute garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute.
Add sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives chicken and cooked penne pasta.
Saute to heat through. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with freshly grated cheese.
