Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Spinach and Mushrroms
Delicious crowd pleaser that is open to many variations. This is my #1 "off-the-cuff" main dish."I really liked this dish! I used Panko bread crumbs instead of regular bread crumbs and next time I think I will use a stronger flavored cheese instead of swiss, but otherwise delish!" - ashmjohnson
