Steak and Spinach Pasta In Garlic and Olive Oil

This is a quick and easy dish that can be served warm or cold.

Ingredients
| 1 boxPenne Pasta (or any pasta you like) |
| 1 largeSkirt Steak |
| 1 tablespoonKosher salt |
| 2 tablespoonsBlack pepper |
| 1 teaspoonParsley |
| 1/2 cupExtra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1/4 cupButter |
| 1/3 cupFresh Garlic; finely minced |
| 4 slicesBacon |
| 2 tablespoonsCanned Spinach |
Steak and Spinach Pasta In Garlic and Olive Oil Preparation
Prepare Pasta as directed on box.
Season both sides of skirt steak with kosher salt and pepper. Cook on Med/High Heat until desired temperature. Allow skirt steak to rest before slicing.
Fry bacon well done and crumble. (Set aside)
In the same pan add EVOO, Butter, Parsley, Garlic, Spinach, and salt and pepper. Allow the garlic to cook approx 5-7 minutes. Combine garlic sauce with pasta and sliced skirt steak.
Serve with Parmasen cheese on the side.
