8 tomatillos
1 white onion; sliced and peeled
2 teaspoonsground cumin
1 teaspoonSalt
0.75 cupchicken broth; (or 1/2 cup)
0.5 cupprepared salsa
0.25 cupcilantro leaves; chopped
3 jalapenos
4 clovesgarlic
0.5 lime; juiced

Tomatillo Jalapeno Roasted Salsa Preparation

In glass baking dish, place the tomatillos, onion, garlic and jalapenos. Roast on 500 until blistered, keep an eye on them. then turn over, and roast until other side is blistered and charred. Let cool, place in blender with the rest of the items and blend until smooth. You may take out the seeds and devein the Jalapenos to lessen the heat. Season to taste
