Great salsa. Very similar to the one found at Chili''s restaurant."The recipe makes a great consistancy for salsa, and its quite refreshing as is, however I went back and doubled the cumin, added a Tbsp chili powder, 2 Tbsp vinegar, and a Tbsp of pepper and a pinch of cayenne. In food processor place jalapenos and onions.
Process for just a few seconds.
Add both cans of tomatoes, salt, sugar, and cumin.
Process all ingredients until well blended but do not puree.
Place in covered container and chill.
A couple of hours of chilling will help blend and enrich the flavor.
