Easy Breadsticks Preparation
Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water. Add flour and salt. Mix all ingredients together. Knead for 8 minutes.
Pour melted butter evenly over a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with garlic salt or powder. Roll dough out 1/2" thick. Cut into 1/2- to 1-inch thick strips. Roll strips in butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Let rise 10 to 15 minutes. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
