Key Lime Pie Preparation
In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; set aside. In small bowl, beat egg yolks; mix in sweetened condensed milk. Gradually add lime peel and juice. Stir to combine well. Fold mixture into egg whites. Pour into crust. Freeze 3 hours. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature before serving. Serve with green tinted whipped topping.
