In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; set aside.
In small bowl, beat egg yolks. Mix in sweetened condensed milk, and then gradually add lime peel and juice, stirring to combine well.
Fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Pour into crust and freeze 3 hours. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature before serving.
