Special version of an old breakfast favorite.
"Very good! Decadent, creamy, smooth and flavorful! This time I followed the recipe by using the heavy cream and cream cheese (no subs); but I did use onions instead of shallots. I really liked the eggs so much better this time around!"- mogriff1

In a large frying pan, melt butter over low heat. Add shallots and stir until limp. Add the cream and cream cheese; stir until the cream cheese melts. In a bowl, lighty beat the eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, gently stirring to blend with the cream mixture. Cook just until the egs are softly set. Sprinkle eggs with parsley.

BrandiLaShayWesley 2 weeks agoReally amazing!! I use cream cheese and heavy whipping all the time with onions and Cajun seasoning to make sauce, this was very similar and awesome!! Hands down best tasting eggs I've ever eaten!!
mogriff1 2 weeks agoTasty eggs! I've made these several times. I prefer to use onions opposed to shallots but this time I used green onions (which I puree in the food processor). Nice flavor and texture.
churchill1984 3 weeks agoGreat even my son like them and he doesn't like eggs period. The two difference I made was that I use garlic cream cheese and heavy whipping cream.

sharontea 6 months agoI thought this was tasty, above average. Don't stir so much so that the eggs will end up in larger chunks and are fluffy. Good to serve alongside something spicy.

Roobee 1 year agoVery nice variation of scrambled eggs. I made two minor changes: 2% milk instead of whipping cream, and herb and garlic cream cheese instead of regular. Loved it!
mogriff1 1 year agoThese eggs are so savory and flavorful. I used milk instead of whipped cream and garlic & herb spreadable cheese instead of cream cheese.
DoubleChin 1 year agoUsed milk and green onions instead of cream and shallots. We usually eat egg whites, so this seemed rich and flavorful. Husband gives it a 5.
