Redfish w/ Hollandaise & Shrimp Sauce
Original recipe makes 4
| 4 Redfish fillets |
| 1 tbsplemon juice |
| 1/4 tspsalt |
| 1/4 tspblack pepper |
| 1 7/8-oz packHollandaise Sauce Mix; 1-7/8 oz pack |
| 1 4-oz packageshrimp; (up to 8oz), thawed & drained |
Redfish w/ Hollandaise & Shrimp Sauce Preparation
Place fillets in lightly greased pan. Sprinle with lemon juice, salt & pepper and set aside.
Prepare hollandaise sauce according to pacage directions
Add shrimp to pan.
Bake fillets uncovered at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Drain liquid & pour on hollandaise sauce over fillets & bake an additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes.
