Redfish w/ Hollandaise & Shrimp Sauce Preparation
Place fillets in lightly greased pan. Sprinle with lemon juice, salt & pepper and set aside.
Prepare hollandaise sauce according to pacage directions
Add shrimp to pan.
Bake fillets uncovered at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Drain liquid & pour on hollandaise sauce over fillets & bake an additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes.
