4 poundsShrimp; peeled and de-veined
1/2 stickButter
1/2 cupolive oil
1/4 cupBell pepper
1/4 cupOnions
Green onion; tops & bottoms
Parsley; to taste
2 tablespoonGarlic; minced
1 teaspoonBasil
1 teaspoonSalt
1/2 teaspoonCelery salt
1 teaspoonLea & Perrins
1 1/2 tablespoonBlack pepper
1 1/2 tablespoonTony's
1/2 teaspoonDried Oregano
1/2 teaspoonDried thyme
4 tablespoonParmesan romano cheese
1/8 cupFlour; add more if you desire more thickness
1 14-oz canChicken broth; (can use shrimp stock as a substitute)
1/2 teaspoonLiquid crab boil

Dad's Shrimp Pasta Preparation

Melt butter and olive oil in saucepan. Add bell peppers, onions, green onions, parsley and garlic. Cook over medium-low heat until vegetables are tender. Then add the remaining seasonings and allow to cook for at leat 10 miumtes. Add shrimp. Cook until shrimp are done. Serve over angel hair pasta.

Notes

Also might add white wine and/or white wine Lea & Perrins. Dad takes a lot of liberties with the ingredients.
