| 1 12-oz canRed beans; rinsed and drained |
| 1 mediumOnion |
| 0.5 cupSugar or splenda |
| 0.5 cupVinegar |
| 0.5 cupVegetable oil |
Bean Salad Preparation
mix 1/2 cup suger, 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup vinagar
sometimes I add celery as well
make sure you mix well before adding to beans
best if you let it sit a few hours or overnight
