| 1 packageSmoked Trout; (120 grams) |
| 1 packageItalian Ricotta; (250 grams) |
| 2 tablespoonsCreamed Horseradish |
| 4 Young Green Onions,; roughly chopped |
| 1 Lemon,; juiced |

| FOR THE BAGUETTE: |
| 1 Baguette |
| Olive Oil,; for brushing |
| Fresh Green Onions |
Appetizer - Seafood - Trout - Smoked Trout Pat? Preparation
To make the pat?, place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Season with black pepper.
Place in ramekin dishes and chill.
To prepare the baguette, cut into 3/4 inch slices and brush each piece of bread with a little oil and place under the broiler until browned.
Serve the pat? on the warm baguette slices. Fresh green onions go very well with this light meal..
