Ally's Awesome Cinnamon Rolls

Ready in 40 minutes

Super soft, sticky, moist, brown sugary, cinnamony bliss.

"They are good but you need to cook it longer, the middle is too doughy. Instead of brown sugar in the middle I put cinnamon and sugar and that was just as good and easier because you don't have to put a bottom on it. "

Servings

Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, water, eggs, and 1/3 cup butter.

Knead 6-8 min on well-floured surface.

Roll 7/8 of dough into rectangle.

Spread with 1/2 cup butter, cinnamon & brown sugar.

Roll hot dog wise. =) Cut 18 slices.

Use remaining dough, rolled very thinly, to put bottoms on the cinnamon rolls. Without them, the filling will seep out and burn.

Bake 15 min at 375

Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp water

Make sure you put bottoms on these cinnamon rolls. Without them, you'll set off the smoke alarms and end up with burnt cinnamon-less rolls. [I posted this recipe.]
